Please clean the BBQ provided in the unit after use. Cleaning charges of AUD 50 applies in this is left unclean. Smoking and Vaping is allowed on the balcony only and not inside the apartment. Cleaning charges of AUD 500 is chargeable for smoking within the unit. The BBQ facility in the building must be reserved in advance and is subject to availability. In case keys are lost, the following charges apply as per building regulations Main Door Key - AUD 50 Parking Remote- AUD 135 For compliance purposes, it is a condition of entry that all guests provide a government issued ID before checkin. This unit accommodates 6 guests when using existing bedding. An extra rollaway bed can be provided at AUD 40 per night.

The apartment was roomy and clean, with nice furnishings. The breakfast supplies were excellent, and enjoyed by us all. communication with the owners was excellent, and directions were clear. The apartment is also well located for the War Memorial and the Parliamentary Triangle.
